Hi. My name is Ngozi and I will be promoting and delivering the Leaps & Bounds programme in the Watford, Barnet, Southgate and Enfield areas. I am married and have two young children.
I believe that active, healthy children are happy children and that this will provide the basis for a healthy lifestyle.
