My name is Elaine and I promote and deliver Leaps and Bounds in the Leeds and Harrogate area. Leaps and Bounds is a fantastic, fun programme . Previously I have worked as a Children's Nurse and I passionately believe that getting children active is the foundation of a healthy lifestyle.

Childrens Corner ran a summer play scheme at Leeds Grammar School.
I just wanted to thank you again for the work you put in over the summer. The classes for the children were fantastic and aimed perfectly at the age group of the children. We have struggled previously to find an activity that meets the direct needs of our youngest children and Leaps and Bounds was just that, the children thoroughly enjoyed their session as did the staff and all were eager to know what day you were coming back. We had great feedback from the parents too, many were keen for more information and to know what it was the children were doing. The range of activities stimulated all the children and the really engaged them. I cannot thank you enough for giving up your time during the summer holidays to come and work with us, we can't wait to have you back next year.

Leaps and Bounds obviously helps with the childrens physical development but also with listening skills and turn taking. The children love their sessions and Elaine is brilliant with them, the kids love her! Elaine has always been very accomodating and flexible with the sessions too.
