Leap Ahead winner from Co. Antrim, 15/02/10.

When Anne McBrien entered the holiday competition in Leap Ahead she never thought she would actually win. 

"Winning the competition was a great surprise especially in the middle of January.  We are so looking forward to a relaxing break in Edinburgh and catching up with some old friends" said Anne. 

Anne's daughter Sophie, attends Rascals Day Nursery in Belfast where I have been taking the children through the Leaps & Bounds programme since October 2009. 

The photo was taken by Hugh Russell from The Irish News.  In the photograph from left to right is Anne Griffin, Operations Director Leaps and Bounds, Anne McBrien, mother and competition winner with her daughter Sophie McBrien, Noleen Piddington Branch Manager of Rascals Day Nursery and myself.

The competition was donated by Apex Hotels and Away with the kids.

Leaps and Bounds began in Co. Antrim in October 2009 and got off to a great start with classes up and running in Belfast, Newtownabbey and Antrim.

Leaps and Bounds Co. Antrim are pleased to say that they are starting up more classes in January 2010 in the Belfast and Newtownabbey area - check with your nursery for further details.
